web0ne add Mel to the lineup

After a recent run of excellent results for the French high flyers   WebOne in the TmGL, beating  doubleSLASH 16-10,  tek9.Steelpad 16-8, and drawing with  Dignitas 15-15, the top team lost one of their instrumental players, aswell as a great friend of theirs after  Mk unfortunately passed away after having suffered from cancer for several years. This tragic loss had a huge impact on the  WebOne team, and I am sure will continue to in the upcoming months.

This sad loss meant  WebOne had to search for another player to keep them active in the COD2 scene.

Recently, the number one team from France officially announced the return of   Mel to the lineup, one of the core members of the old and successful Deceivers team (now known as WebOne). At the beginning of June 2006,  Mel decided to leave the Deceivers team, together with Avn, after both made it clear that they were not able to continue playing Call of Duty 2 actively. In  Mel´s case, because he had several important exams ahead which involved alot of studying, and also wanted to enjoy his summertime.

The Belgian player decided to return to his old team after having played with the team for several months prior to going inactive. Although the line-up has seen new faces come and old faces go, with only  Antho0 left over from the old line-up,  Mel feels as though he is at home, according to team leader  Antho0, and fits in perfect with the team.

With the recent performances in the TmGL,  Mel is entering a stable and skilled lineup.

With the addition of  Mel to the lineup, the team is: –

Statement w1 AnthoO: „Mel stopped call of duty 2 in June because he has several big exams and then wanted to take a summer break (in the meantime Avn left for Portugal , Oz for x6). He played with us for 2 weeks now and his motivation came back with young and talented players like Gangstah and There in webone lineup. Mel played with us the 2 last TmGL matches and he feels like right at home in our current team. Our main goal is to perform well at the Milk LAN and to finnish the job in the TmGL Invite league“.
