Tereza „Shadie“ Jará joined eSuba.Ladies in the beginning of March and it was the last change for the upcomming months of this year. The team was strong and seemed inseparable. Unfortunately it wasn’t. It was Jará, the last player to join the team, who left it now and along with her also
Karolína „karoL“ Nejedlá. This created a very difficult situation for the rest three players because it is not an easy task to find really good and suitable players nowadays. Therefore, we hope that our girls can find an adequate replacement. They have our full support and we keep our fingers crossed for them!
The Czechoslovakian trio in eSuba.Ladies:
Dana „Kviin“ Poláková
Madlenka „germia“ Moozová
Eva „kRAViCkA“ Urbanová
More information from the captain Dana „Kviin“ Poláková:
„As some of you might have noticed on our FB page or in the article about the past year with our team, we found ourselves in a situation when we need two players. It happened out of blue and we were quite surprised by this development. We didn’t feel that the team wasn’t working well. We were always able to agree on everything. Kája expressed some dissatisfaction with the team situation which she then solved by a quick departure and we didn’t manage to effectively address the situation. Shadie took advantage of it and quickly left without any adequate justification. We tried to solve the situation quickly but because there were too many negative reactions and lack of collegiality we had no choice but to cease cooperation and look for new players. So now we are looking and place emphasis on reliability, mutual sympathy, the possibility to participate in team events, good manners, problem free behaviour, sensible approach and gaming experience.“
