eSuba robbed the D!ngIT Weekly Cup and brought $1,500

eSuba CS:GO section pleasantly surprised its fans and dominated the regularly held stream platform DingIt TV tournament. It met the Romanian team neXtPlease!, Danish line-up nerdRage and Russian  team  Enso on the road to victory.

Yet the majority of fans and supporters of the competitive Counter-Strike: Global Offensive favoured in the tournament the Danish team – nerdRage. But it did not manage to win a single map and finished in the tournament quite quickly. eSuba’s start in the tournament also didn’t go completely as expected. After winning the first map, the Romanian-Hungarian line-up called neXtPlease! recovered and won in the end. It was a slap our boys needed to start their standard of excellent performances. They did not hesitate against nerdRage and also the reprisal against neXtPlease! was a success. Our players showed in the finale against Enso, which had the advantage of one map thanks to the advancement from the Winner’s Bracket, amazing coordination and deservedly won.

The captain of the team – benq1 said:

“So everything started on Sunday after the Czech Championship, when we got the invitation to play at the D!ngIT Cup and naturally we did not hesitate and accepted the invitation. We were quite nervous on the first day and lost the match against neXtplease but then we said that we had nothing to lose and managed to beat nerdRage and therefore advance to the second playing day. There we met again neXtplease and after beautiful comeback from 7:14 to 16:14, we advanced to the finals. I explicitly told the guys to enjoy the finale and the feeling that we finally played a foreign invite tournament and we were at hltv.org. And so it happened, the team played incredibly and managed to win the finale and overcome Enso on two maps in a row. After the spoiled Czech Championship, it really felt amazing and brought back our confidence. I also hope that we pleased our fans who believed in us also at the Czech Championship. Thank you for your support!”
