Interview with the leader of the section Ondřej „Premi“ Vodička

 Hi Premi, would you mind telling our fans why the old academy team fell apart?
Hi, sure, no problem. The previous team fell apart mostly because of disagreements which existed almost since the beginning. We were trying to avoid these problems by firing marksman and top-laner. Later, however, other problems have occurred. We were not able to even meet properly and in addition the mid-laner and support decided to leave to another organisation. That was the moment when I decided to stop the project, started to train individually and look for new team members.

 How was the new team born?
After some time, I came across a complete team which was looking only for a jungler. So we tried it together. We were quite good together and then I made one more change with the line-up – I appointed one player I discovered to mid and I have to say that it was a good decision. I am perfectly satisfied with the current team.  We fit well on the human as well as the gaming side, we are improving individually as well as a team, and we trust and tolerate each other. We have been playing together for about two months now but we have regular training sessions for one month only.

 Have you set up any goals yet?
A month ago, we received some suggestions on short and long term goals from the eSuba management. We managed to meet the first one, to get from rank 0 to the diamond 1, exactly to the set day. A longer term goal is Lancraft. We want to train enough to be there as a valuable opponent and not just as makeweight. But I already feel that the current academy team is completely different than the former one. 

 Do you cooperate also with the main eSuba team? 
Yes, we have tremendous support from the team and I am extremely grateful for it. They help us a lot with game analyses, strategies, compilations and many other things.

 Where can your fans see you in the upcoming weeks?
We don’t want to be seen much so far. We will train in the shadows and when the right time comes, on some tournament or lan event, we will step into the light.
